We&#8217;ll tackle strategies for &#8220;Early Access&#8221; programs and ways to build customer engagement into every stage of your projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We&#8217;ll look at creating a Communication Plan and outlining the needs of your project&#8217;s stakeholders. <br \/> <\/li><li>Then, some examples from within WordPress on how contributor teams communicate specific milestones within a release cycle. <br \/> <\/li><li>Next, we&#8217;ll dive into a few Early Access examples and how to set proper expectations for your users, provide status updates at regular intervals, and incorporate user feedback into the ongoing project. <br \/> <\/li><li>Finally, we&#8217;ll look at some tools and templates that will help you get started.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#ffffff\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mike Reid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am a PMP certified project manager for InMotion Hosting, and I am based in Virginia Beach, US. I\u2019ve been involved with WordPress since around 2015, mostly with the Global Marketing team as a rep. I\u2019m active in the local WP Virginia Beach meetup and an organizer for WCVB 2020.
